Welcome to my therapy office—online or in person

An old changing table covered in succulents and cacti. My old guitars on the wall. A tower of sandtray therapy toys and an old suitcase filled with smooth white sand. Many, many fidgets.

Nestled in the foothills of the Superstition Mountains, my office is an eclectic mix of some of the things I love most in life: music, art, symbols, peace and quiet, a good whiteboard, nature, and stories.

As neurodivergent people, we are often told to calm down—to be less happy about what makes us happy. To be less bothered by the things that bother us. Instead, I wanted my office to be a cozy space where it’s safe to care about what you care about.
